Here's a question that was posed in a book I'm reading: If I received an email or text from a friend that encouraged me to "remember Jesus," how would that make me feel? Personally, I think I would get a little offended. I mean, I am a Christian, so of course I'm going to remember Jesus. It would irritate me. I would give a quick, reply of "thanks" or "will do."
But really, do we remember Jesus? When we wake up, when we eat, when we're at work, running errands, driving, relaxing, or anything else that takes up our day, do we truly remember Jesus? Or do we merely pay occasional lip service?
What would you do if someone sent you a note that encouraged you to "remember Jesus?"
